🏴 3' x 5' New Orleans, Louisiana flag with grommets and double stitched edges to reduce fraying.
✍️ The Design: Derived from the city's rich French and Acadian heritage, the flag of New Orleans, Louisiana is one of the better city flags coming out of the south. Born in 1918 for the city's bicentennial celebration, the flag features three golden Fleur De Lis on a large white central stripe, flanked on the top and bottom by red and blue stripes respectively. The colors both represent the patriotism of being in the USA, but also are the French national colors. The three central elements represent New Orleans under the principles of government, liberty, and fraternity.
