About Proud Libertarian

Our Story

Proud Libertarian was born out of a simple but powerful belief: that liberty is worth celebrating, defending, and wearing proudly — and that the message of freedom deserves to be heard loudly, proudly, and everywhere. What started as a passion project by advocates of individual freedom has grown into one of the most recognized libertarian lifestyle brands in the country, serving thousands of freedom-loving customers across the United States and around the world.

We started because we saw a gap — not just in the marketplace, but in the conversation. We wanted to create a brand that didn't just sell products, but sparked dialogue, challenged ideas, and united people around the timeless principles of self-ownership, non-aggression, and limited government. Every product we create is designed to be a conversation starter, a statement of values, and a badge of community.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: spread the message of liberty and freedom — one conversation at a time. We believe in the power of peaceful, voluntary exchange, and that the best way to change minds is through conversation, culture, and community. Whether you're wearing one of our tees at a rally, flying one of our flags in your yard, or gifting a friend a piece of liberty-minded gear, you're helping grow the movement.

What We Stand For

  • Individual Liberty — Every person has the right to live their life as they choose, so long as they don't harm others.
  • Voluntaryism & Voluntary Exchange — All human interaction should be consensual and free from coercion. We believe in free markets, honest trade, and the power of peaceful cooperation.
  • Non-Aggression — We oppose the initiation of force in all its forms.
  • Limited Government — We support minimal state intervention in the lives of peaceful people.
  • Self-Sufficiency — We celebrate independence, entrepreneurship, and the homesteading spirit.
  • Free Speech — Ideas matter. We'll never stop talking about liberty.
  • Community — We're stronger together. The liberty movement thrives when we lift each other up.
